Isaiah 45:5 and 45:12

GOD never fails to amaze me!!!
I have been studying Isaiah lately and i hear GOD'S voice pouring through the words the prophet wrote down around 739BC.

Verse 5: speaks -" I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God.

I will strengthen you,

though you have not acknowledged me"

Cant we all just do that !!! we except there is GOD and absolutely no other , we believe he strengthens us , but when he tries to do we let him ?

I am so challenged when GOD placed in my heart " you have not acknowledge me". I love the promise that he is strengthening us even though we carry on in our busy day to day lives , but to reap full benefits we must acknowledge him.

Verse 12: Speaks - "It is I who made the earth and created mankind upon it.

My own hands stretched out the heavens;

I marshaled their starry hosts."

GOD is capable to do all things for us , verse 12 in itself speaks enough for me !

But what is it what makes us feel so far away from him ? the other day i spoke with a sister and we shared thoughts,

we discussed how we can be on that holy hill sharing fellowship , worship and time in prayer, then we go home and its the ...(" same old") (" same old"),

the TV goes on , we worry about money and plan for work the next day.

I wonder what GOD thinks while we are thinking that? ,

he never sets time aside for us he has all the time ,

but us, do we put time aside for GOD ? its easy to notice the difference from the holy place to when we come back into the fallen world and continue everyday life ,

"which were here to live in and not be a part off."

GOD understands we have to work, but another sister encouraged me the other day and shared that in her busy life she always thinks off GOD through out the day,

and i believe that's what is possible for us to do and also a safe thing to do,

we don't have to be on the holy hill to be in the presence of GOD we can be anywhere.

As much as i say that i highly recommend quiet time within the presence of the Almighty Creator who stretched out the heavens with his hands, I love that ! :).

From Different eyes

Why cant thou see it ?
I’ts hidden in her face,
Why cant thou see it ?
All she wants is her place.

The space in your heart , oh surely you can spear ?
In her dreams… its you who’s standing there,
Holding her hand with that look in your eye,
Show her your love its always worth a try.

Why cant thou see it ?
She thinks so highly of you,
Why cant thou see it ?
She’s a women wanting to love you.

Some women receive ,
But her wish is to give back,
She is not perfect,
But she keeps it on track.

Why cant thou see it ?
Her heart is so deep,
Why can’t thou see it ?
She wants you to be complete.

She wanders of in fairytale land ,
Praying and praying…
“ Lord please give me his hand”
She wants to be free from this sorrow
She is your Juliet !
Come and be her Romeo!

I pray that you see it !
so clearly as the sun…

"There is a girl..."

"There is a girl..."

There is a girl, who knows everything now,
But in her past she didn’t know how
How to believe in an unseen GOD
Who has now gave her courage , wisdom and love!

She was age 13 when life was down
Drinking and dancing just playing around
All alone she felt that no one cared
All she wanted was somebody there,

After 6 months she found home again
Living with her Dad , things didn’t feel the same
They began to feel good , safe and secure
But still she was in need of something more…

Her Dad and Partner planned to be wed,
Also with this, GOD had another plan ahead…
Then the Lord Jesus Christ started to be a part...
“My Lord and Saviour” the girl said in her heart,

Her life changed and she began to see!
She felt the Holy Spirit and finally was free!
“I am saved!! I am saved!!” she started to shout,
And very slowly sorted her life out!

Her life was full of peace and joy
But then one day she met a boy
She fell in love and he took her time
She was so proud “the boy is mine “

Her heart got contained with lust and disaster
But JESUS new what was coming after…

The love started to fade and again she felt sad
She cried out to her JESUS, HER FATHER...HER DAD!


4 weeks later they broke up the girl came to find
A tiny baby inside her womb “oh great the creation of mankind”
The blessing was huge and put her smile on her face
A girl left her body and a women took her place

GOD was the centre the whole term,
Lessons, obedience the women had to learn
Friendships became tight and support poured through
In times of despair they showed her what to do.

After 3 days her blessing was here,
A baby girl was born so special, so dear.
The women went home and a Mother took her place
She was radiant with happiness you could see it in her face,

6 weeks later the baby girl fell ill,
She was sick and lost weight and wouldn’t keep still,
At the hospital they kept the baby in,
“We will need to operate” “To make her better /less thin”,

The worry, the wait all came flooding back,
But this time she surrendered “JESUS would solve that”!
Hundreds prayed and the baby was healed!!
GOD already new she was signed ! she was sealed!


The Mother had back those little tiny feet,
they started new life “now all complete”!.

She has her faith, family and friends…
And praises GOD whose love never ends!

"Lets start by giving thanks to GOD in Prayer"

Deciding to follow the LORD Jesus Christ is the beginning of your Christian discipleship।

Jesus Himself demonstrated clear conditions for being his disciples.
Before we focus on the conditions of discipleship, we need to know what it is not!
Discipleship is …
o Not Easy! It is not ‘beds of roses.
o Not the way of constant success and prosperity!
o Not a use of spare free time.
o Not a going to church on Sunday.
o Not a compromise, it is not a license to do whatever you like!

To Start - What do you consider to be true discipleship?

1) Conditions of true discipleship.
PLEASE READ Matthew 16:24-26.
a) What does “Take up your cross mean to you as a Christian?

In Verse 25 Jesus says “25For whoever wants to save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it.”
b) Do you think as Christians we can still have a good mind set to be successful in life - E.g. - Careers, winning at something we try hard at, gaining lots of money by hard work and being famous?
Jesus wants us to do Good in life he wants us to live it to the full! –
John 10:10 (New International Version) “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”

PLEASE READ Galatians 2:20 and then Galatians 5:24
c) So what are the costs of true Christian Discipleship? Reflecting on the Two Passages from Galatians.
2) PLEASE READ Luke 14:26,
a) What exactly do you think JESUS means by everything what is said in this passage?
b) Is it OK to put GOD second and our family first?
c) Is it easier to put mankind before GOD?

"Following Jesus must be our first priority, above our family, career, comfort, even our own life.
We must be willing to forsake anything that can hinder our walk with Christ. "

"My Heart"

Only you hold the key ,
to my life and desires i see,

you know them better than i know them myself ,

I have loved and have lost,

I have gained but at a cost,

I have smiled and I have frowned People support me People let me down,

I have surrendered and I give in,

I have control but mostly I live on a whim,

My heart has been filled, My heart has been broken-

My soul has joy!

My GOD has spoken!

I have listened and ignored,

I am energetic, but also get bored-

I understand things I get confused too,

I love my life,

But hate the things I do,

I am a Daughter, a Mother and a friend-

I have a heavenly father whose kingdom has no end !

I have knowledge But wisdom I lack,

I have grace But condemnation bites my back, -

I have freedom in Christ, But sometimes i feel trapped,

I have had boyfriends who I never want back,

I have confidence, but broken hearts have knocked me

I have faith i was blind,

But now i see!! .

I have a daughter who is my life,

I am a women waiting to be a wife, -

I could carry on but I am only 23-

But here is a little that sums up most of me !
